Back in my day, when kids were 11, they played Counter-Strike and attempted to talk to girls. What about you? Well Lil Waah is making music with the Ruff Ryders Records New Generation and using beats from Swizz Beatz (currently enrolled at Harvard’s Business School). A slight upgrade from my life. As the son of Waah Dean, nephew of Dee Dean and Chivon Dean (co-founders of the RR), the young Harlem knight is making a name for himself by using age appropriate metaphors to carve his lane in the game. But this isn’t child’s play.
With a shout out to DMX, the young NYC emcee is joined by his posse in the streets with bikes and quads for the new video for “Pop A Wheelie.” His coolness in front of the camera comes from his performing experience that started at the age of two. It’s nothing. If he keeps it up, you’ll be seeing a lot more of Lil Waah in the future.
